My Approach

We are all unique yet many of us are seeking similar outcomes through therapy – to feel good about ourselves, to find relief from emotional pain and to feel hopeful that we can be joyful again someday.

At different times in our lives we can experience very painful & challenging periods. While entering therapy can be a daunting venture, it can be extremely difficult to go through trying times on our own.

In the midst of emotional turmoil it is very easy to lose sight of our strengths and resources. This is where therapy can be extremely helpful.

My own path of professional training, personal life experience and spiritual development has led to a particular set of beliefs and perspective that guide my approach to treatment.

​

I believe all clients:

  • have the capacity to feel better with proper guidance.

  • have an intuitive sense of what they need and want for the themselves whether it is a better feeling or a new circumstance in their lives.

  • grow with nurturing, compassion and acceptance.

  • have unique qualities & gifts to share

       (sometimes forgotten overtime).
